How to Order

  1. From the Shoe Salon or Dry Goods page, select the desired color and size

  2. Add the product to your shopping cart

  3. Once you have finished shopping, click on shopping cart

  4. Select a shipping method and a payment method

  5. Check that all information entered is correct, and click Check Out     

 

Shipping & Delivery

 

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 72 hours of purchase.
  • We ship worldwide via premium carriers. All services make deliveries between Monday and Saturday 9am‐ 5pm.
    (Please note that some services may not be available in all countries.)

  • If you are unavailable to receive your order when we deliver, we will contact you and attempt to redeliver.

  • If we are unable to redeliver, the order will be returned to our Brooklyn studio and you will be refunded minus the shipping cost.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

 

Return Policy

Returned items must conform to our return policy:

  • If at the time of delivery, the Merchandise is damaged or defective, or the purchaser receives a wrong size or product, Revive will accept a return or exchange of the Merchandise.

  • Your returned item must arrive at our Brooklyn studio no later than 14 days after you receive the item. After this time we cannot guarantee that we will accept the item for refund.

  • Once your return has been received and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method.

  • We strongly advise all customers to check footwear or garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

  • Items must be returned unworn (other than to try them on), unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags. Footwear and accessories must be returned in the original boxes provided.

  • We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit.

  • Returned items will be refunded excluding the cost of shipping when using our service.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
